We received a lot of feedback from people that  the simplicity of the CASV, the fact that it is not covered with rails, and wanted to buy the CASV-M without the standard rail kit. So here it is: The time proven CASV-M Handguard and one 2" rail, for the discerning minimalist.

The CASV-MX is one of the simplest rail systems to install and doesn’t requires any special installation tools. Each handguard assembly has a rigid, continuous rail section along the top, and comes with a removable lower shield and removable rail sections that allow the user to install rail sections where needed.

The CASV-MX fits all M4 style carbines with a flat-top receiver and the Mid-Length gas sytem. The CASV-MX will not work with a carbine gas system, unless a low profile gas block is used.

The installation of this handguard does not require any modifications to the firearm except for the removal of the sight tower sling swivel (if your carbine is equipped with one).
